Situated off Northlake Boulevard in the northern portion of West Palm Beach, this attractive community was built in 2002 by DiVosta Homes, a leader in home construction in Florida.  The 142 homes in Carleton Oaks include 115 Oakmonts and 27 Carlyles. Carleton Oaks is approximately seven miles west of Route 95 and just west of the entrance to the IBIS Golf and Country Club community.

Travel to and from Carleton Oaks is very convenient with easy access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, now opened at Jog Road and Beeline Highway.

Less than a mile away, residents can find the convenience of a new Publix supermarket, restaurants, beauty salons, a dry cleaner, and much more.  Just east of I-95 is an array of major stores including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, Super Target, Sports Authority, Staples and much more.  Construction has begun on a WalMart Super Center to be built on Congress Ave, south of Northlake Blvd. in Lake Park.  The Gardens Mall is on PGA Boulevard, one exit north of Northlake Boulevard on I-95.

Beautiful beaches are just minutes east of Carleton Oaks.  Choose from Singer Island, Juno Beach and the many other beaches that are easy to get to from Carleton Oaks.  For golfers, the Palm Beach Gardens Golf Course is virtually right next to Carleton Oaks and other courses are located just minutes away.
