-All residents are reminded that items placed outside their homes must first receive ACC approval.  Some common items that are present throughout the neighborhood that have not received approval include statuary, bird baths, children's play sets, and landscape lighting.  Even though a resident may consider the item small, decorative, or on their own property, it must still be submitted for ACC approval.  The ACC is generally very accommodating to residents if the item is in keeping with the general appearance of the neighborhood.  BUT, an application must still be submitted to the ACC for approval of the item.  In the near future a representative from Bristol Management will be inspecting the neighborhood.  Anyone with unauthorized outdoor items will be sent a notice to remove the item and/or apply to the ACC for authorization to maintain the item.  To print the Architectural Change Form, click here.  To see and print the full Architectural Guidelines, click here.  More details are available on this web site on the ACC page.  Finally, all residents are invited to attend the ACC meetings at 6:00 pm on the first Thursday of each month at the clubhouse.
