This guy worked as the concrete man for DiVosta before Pulte bought it.I called DiVosta and they recommended him to me. The surface of my lanai was disintegrating so he came, sanded it down, acid washed the concrete, resprayed the knock-down in the lanai, powerwashed and painted my deck, lanai, and sidewalks. Superior quality work. This guy is attentive to detail. It rained after he finished and left my job but returned to examine it and made some repairs at no extra cost to me. His name is Brad Waugh. Well worth the reasonable price that he charges.

TJ textured and finished our additional concrete slab on the back porch to blend it with the existing. It is a multi-step process. We had him freshened all the stained walkways and filled the expansion joints. It really cleaned it up nicely.

Many of the homes in the community have small cracks in
their walls. Recently, I dicovered that water was
seeping into the wall and causing mold to grow on behind
the wall boards and the baseboard in the front room. "Lubron"
worked for DiVosta doing their concrete work. He came
and repaired each crack around the entire house, some 5
cracks (small and large). He repaired and painted them
for a very reasonable price. I recommend him.
He also says
that he did tile work for DiVosta when he worked for
both DiVosta and Pulte homes.

the property once every 2 months. Howver, recently I
discovered that I had a white-footed ant problem in my
attic. Bob treated it and has kept on top of it. For
example, he has returned at least 3 times in the past
three weeks to inspect and add additional treatments to
destroy the ants at no additional cost to me. He knows
his job, is most attentive and is very dedicated to
serving his customers.
I highly recommend him if you are looking for a pest

very skilled roofer. His price is more than competitive,
well under the proposed bid of another roofer. His work
was well done and he took the time to explain what he
did. He has done at least one other resident's roof for
